What The Bar Method is:
The
Bar Method is a fun, one-hour, full-body workout that burns fat and
carves muscle. Our classes are fast-paced and set to motivating, popular
music; they combine the principles of isometrics, interval training and
dance conditioning to first fatigue your muscles and then lengthen them
out with deep stretches while they are still warm and pliable. Sculpted
arms, flat abs, a lifted seat and elongated thighs are a few of the
major benefits!
